1. Can I purchase directly from you or pick up my purchase?

As an online business, we do our best to keep our cost down and we pass those savings down to you. Pick up for items are allowed on condition that they are over 1meter in length. Please make an appointment with us prior to arranging pickup.

2. I have bought something from your store, how do I find out the status of my order?

If you have purchased from our store, you will receive an order confirmation via email as well as shipping confirmation with tracking number via email. You are able to track your order via the carrier's website with the tracking number provided. Alternatively, we are here to assist if required. 

3. I am trying to find a product which is not listed in your store, can you help?

If you are looking for a product which is not in our store, contact us as we may have them offline or through one of our suppliers. 

4. Do you offer any installation services? (ie painting and fitting services)

At this stage, we do not offer any installation services. However, please contact us if you are keen on such services as we may have a partnering shop for the service you require.

5. I bought something from your store and I am having some difficulty installing it, what should I do?

Contact us and we will offer appropriate resources in assisting you with your product installation. 

6. I have received my order but realized I purchased the wrong item, what do I need to do for an exchange?

We understand things happen at times and we are happy to assist you in getting the right parts needed. Please contact us if you require an exchange. Alternatively, our exchange policy can be found here
