Warranty

When you purchase from Euro Division, we want you to have the best shopping experience possible . All Euro Division products come with a minimum 12 months warranty.

If you find there is an issue with a product purchased from our store, please contact us so we can assist you by offering a suitable remedy.

We may request further information such as:

a) photographic evidence of the defect part or issue.

b) your purchase details including invoice and any other proof of purchase.

c) any other details we may need to process your claim.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
